1. Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

2. Client Acquisition:

• Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients, expanding AbenGlobal’s customer base.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

3. Partnership Development:

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with suppliers, carriers, and technology providers to enhance our service offerings.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligning with AbenGlobal’s strategic goals.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures and meet sales goals.

5. Customer Retention:

• Work closely with existing clients to understand evolving needs and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Proactively address challenges to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

6. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies in line with AbenGlobal’s overall objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in service offerings and
market positioning.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
