A reputable rural bank in the Eastern Region is looking for experienced and suitably qualified persons to be considered for the following vacant position: Head of Human Resource Key Responsibilities • Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions • Implement functional HRMS and maintain internal staff database across all departments, units and branches • Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems • Design company policies and procedures on HR Administration of the bank • Review and update the bank’s employment contracts and agreements • Prepare budgets for the department on annual basis • Track key HR metrics • Manage internal communications projects (like job satisfaction surveys) • Measure the effectiveness of the Bank’s benefits programmes and recommend appropriate improvements if necessary • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives • Facilitate staff appraisal • Plan and forecast HR needs of the bank • Promote industry harmony and work ethics • Revise our PMS to be abreast of current trends Qualification Required & Experience • At least a University Degree in Business Administration (HR Option) or any other relevant discipline from a recognised university • Masters from a recognised University and member of Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. (CHRM) is an added advantage • Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role for a period of not less than 10 years in the banking industry. • Must be prepared to charter in CIHRM within 2 years • Experience with Human Resources information systems including payroll tools • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programmes • Good knowledge of relevant laws applicable to HR administration in Ghana • Leadership skills Location: Eastern Region How To Apply For The Job Interested applicants should send their applications by email: jobcarri[email protected] Closing Date: 04 February, 2022
