The Roman Ridge School seeks to employ the services of an inspiring & energetic forward-thinking individual to join our Management Team in the capacity of Head of Middle School, effective 1 August 2021. Qualification Required & Experience Candidates must hold a good first degree in Education or an academic subject Candidates must also demonstrate sound leadership qualities and professional characteristics necessary for working effectively with our students, our staff and our parents, with at least 5 years experience as a Head of Department or Senior Teacher. A strong working knowledge of the English National Curriculum and the UK independent schools systems of education (ISEB Common Entrance 11+ and 13+) is a must.
