Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for immediate appointment as: Head of Section – Planning (Takoradi Plant) Job Description Lead, coordinate and control all activities inside the maintenance control centre (MCC) Responsible for a good cooperation, communication and information transfer between MCC and the other departments Coordinate and support for all MCC’s Staff in order to implement and maintain a Reliability Centred Maintenance Plan and coordinate routine maintenance and annual repair maintenance Coordinate and support all activities using the EAM software Support all CAPEX related projects Responsible for controlling the correctness of all information recorded into EAM by the Mechanical and Electrical Sections Lead the store and warehouse staff to ensure effective spare parts inventory Management Plan effective spare parts minimum-maximum levels Responsible for searching the new maintenance technologies and methods in order to increase the reliability and reduce the maintenance costs of all pieces of equipment Coordinate and support for improving the predictive and preventive maintenance plan Responsible for the correctness of all plant maintenance reports Coordinate and support for the predictive maintenance analyses and decisions Responsible for technical evaluation of the offersfor the strategic spare parts and major projects Ensure that statutory regulations and safety tests on pressure and lifting devices are carried out accordingly Accomplish other tasks received from the superiors Reports To: Maintenance Manager Qualification Required & Experience A University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience in heavy industrial setting, Location: Accra How To Apply For The Job Interested applicants should send their applications including their CV to the Human Resource Officer, P.O.
