Logistics and Procurement Manager

Abt Associates seeks qualified candidates for the project’s operation in Ghana. Brief descriptions and qualification requirements for Senior, Mid and Junior level position are also listed below: Logistics and Procurement Manager Job Summary • Directs the transportation, storage and distribution of IRS commodities, materials and equipment throughout the program area • Performs local procurement’s of goods and services, in coordination with the project’s operation Manager, following all relevant USAID and Abt Associates policies and procedures • Specific tasks include preparing and conducting local tenders, organizing the receipt and assessment of quotations and developing and maintaining a tool to track purchase orders and outstanding vendor payments.
