We are a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
• Manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven ability to identify and hire top talent in a competitive market
